Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

Not for the faint of heart this large homemade marshmallow is a three or four bite confection for sure.  Our homemade marshmallow is fluffy, but not too soft; sweet, but not too sweet.  In short: it’s fantastic.  Coupled with our rich milk chocolate or smooth dark chocolate and you’ll feel like a kid again.
